Product and seller

Ops Toolkit Studio provides self-service digital workflow resources. Grant Report Ops Pack is a one-time digital download delivered after successful payment through Creem, our merchant of record.

Permitted use

A purchase grants one purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and adapt the included files for their own internal work or for work performed directly for their clients.

• You may make working copies and customize the files for permitted internal use
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or offer the files as templates or competing products
• You may not remove ownership notices or represent the original toolkit as your own

Scope boundary

The product is an operations and coordination toolkit. It is not legal, accounting, tax, grant-writing, or funder-specific compliance advice. It does not guarantee funding, acceptance, compliance, or a successful submission. You remain responsible for verifying current award terms, official forms, portal requirements, and funder instructions.

Payment and delivery

Creem processes payment, applicable taxes, receipts, and digital delivery as merchant of record. Access is supplied to the email used at checkout. You are responsible for entering a correct email address and keeping a clean backup of the delivered files.

Availability and changes

We may correct errors, improve the files, or change website content. A purchase covers the version delivered at the time of sale unless an update is expressly offered. We do not promise ongoing hosting, consulting, customization, or future updates.

Warranty and liability

The website and digital files are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that every workflow will fit every organization or funder. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from the product will not exceed the amount paid for the affected purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
