Digital-download policy

Grant Report Ops Pack is delivered immediately as a digital file. Because access cannot be returned after delivery, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered once the download has been supplied, except where required by applicable law.

When we will help

Contact us within 14 days of purchase if the file was not delivered, the download is corrupted or materially different from the product description, or you were charged more than once for the same order. We will first try to restore delivery or provide a working replacement; when that does not resolve an eligible issue, we may approve a full or partial refund.

• Include the order email and Creem order or receipt identifier
• Do not send payment-card details
• We respond to support requests within three business days

Payment-provider rights

Creem is the merchant of record and processes approved refunds. Creem may also issue a refund or manage a dispute in accordance with its policies, payment-network rules, and applicable law. Refund timing depends on the original payment method.
